Colombia, with a surface of 1.14 million square kilometers, and areas still inaccessible, is an exciting country, with impressive mountains, exuberant nature, paradisiacal beaches, but among all these wonders stands out the quality of its people.
The flight leaves without delay and after 10 hours we arrive at Madrid Airport.
The next bus to Burgos doesn't leave for two hours and due to the tiredness it gets long.
It has been a wonderful trip, we are sure we will be back soon.
Good breakfast included at the hostel. The crepe is very good. Not too much egg and sugar. The woman at the hostel is very nice and leaves us her Transmilenio card.
In Bogota there is no metro, but there is a double and even triple bus line that replaces it, although Bogota people complain that it is no longer enough to cover the needs of the city.
We crossed a port at 4,000 metres above sea level, a spectacular road and still arrived some time before, around 5:30 in the morning. We took a taxi and had a hard time finding it, the Bogota terminal is quite big.
Today we leave Salento and on the way to Bogota we stop to visit the town of Filandia.
For breakfast we go to Lucy's, it's very good, you can enjoy the typical calentao (beans with rice) accompanied by eggs, arepa with butter, red wine and a dry fritter with a very soft cheese flavor, very rich.
