Madagascar day 5: from Fianarantsoa to Ambalavao. We have breakfast at the lodge while waiting for Naina to show up but she doesn't come.
Indonesia day 16: south coast of Lombok. We have breakfast at the hostel and a swim in the pool.
Colombia day 17: Cocora Valley. The Valley of Cocora awaits us.
Myanmar day 7: Inle Lake. We get up at 4.40 a.m., the reception has prepared breakfast for us to take away.
