It's our last day in Munich. Today we don't get up early and have the traditional Bavarian breakfast at Der Pschorr. Boiled sausage, pretzel, sweet mustard and a good pint of beer. Delicious.

We take the subway and go to the BMW museum, even if you are not a motor enthusiast it is worth spending a few hours there.

Just a short walk away is Olympiapark, built for the 1972 Olympics. All the buildings are perfectly preserved, it has a nice walk between them. The lake is completely frozen. There is a platform with a viewpoint overlooking the city.

We take the tram to approach the museum area, Kunstareal. We visit Phinakothek der Moderne. The building is really interesting. It is one of the most important museums of modern art in Europe. It has several interesting collections.

Around eight o'clock in the evening we take the metro and the train back to the airport. Our flight leaves at ten o'clock at night back to Spain. When we arrive at the airport we call the company A.Park and they bring us the car.
