We have a tough day ahead of us today on our way back to Kunming. It's raining hard to get out of the village. A taxi is coming to take us Xinjie. A very nice taxi driver. Nothing to do with the coffee we had on the way. It's market day and the ATM is all over the place, but he doesn't let us take out money because although the guide says there is an ATM, it only works with a six digit Chinese card. Good thing we didn't need it.
Yuanyang dawn
We had breakfast right next to the station for 5¥ a bowl of red rice noodles with vegetables. The sun finally came out.
Xinjie
We bought some potatoes and a bottle of water for 10¥ at the bus stop. It's been a 5-hour drive already.
Xinjie
We arrived in Kunming around 2pm, this time it was easier to move from the station to the hostel in the middle of the center, near Jinbi Square, with a huge terrace with a breathtaking view, big buildings coexist with old doors, in a residential and commercial area.
Kunming
The attention of the staff of this hostel is not very good, we had paid the room by our friends and still they told us that it was not paid, of course until our friends arrived.
